The Retaj Amman project encompasses two stages. The first stage is divided into two phases. The first phase features 300 plots designated for building and equipped with premium infrastructure. The second phase features a residential area hosting 200 ready-to-move-in villas, with high-end specs. Villas will be delivered on different stages.

The following stage will introduce Retaj Amman as the first gated community in Jordan. Retaj Amman will be home to a retail area, community center, playgrounds, and other amenities, which will turn it into the ideal community where residents can start living their dream life.
